He is leading the team of R & D alongside managing hybrid energy sources with large-scale projects. He takes care to always work & workers as a part of the team both as a leader and mentor with dedication. He is supporting team with an aspiration of exploring and new learning.
Karambir Singh is a (Retd.) second-generation soldier. He has been a part of the UN Mission MONUC, CONGO based on technical competencies and demonstrated excellent performance.
With 30+ years of experience and subject expertise in the renewable hybrid energy, IT and communication sectors of both government as well as private with the flavor of IT Projects and hybrid energy source management solutions. Recognized as an enthusiastic, passionate and dedication towards green energy.
Sunita
Founder & Director
Sunita is leading the Human Resources & Admin function in the company.
She is now stepping as a working woman in her life and a new entrepreneur with the aim to save the earth. She spent years of her life to shape and educate her children like any other Indian women. With her skills of determinant, confidence and promote attitude she is now nourishing the business with her passion in the field of hybrid green energy to supply the carbon free energy.
Major General Harvijay Singh, Sena Medal (Retd)
Advisor & Additional Director
Major General Harvijay Singh is a third-generation soldier, and his two sons are also army officers.
He is an alumini of the National Defence Academy and was commissioned in the Corps of Signals in 1981. He is a Bachelor of Technology and holds a Master’s Degree in Management, he is a certified Ethical Hacker. He has held important appointments in all types of military units and formations.
He is a specialist trainer and has been actively involved in training of soldiers in military training establishments at all stages of his career. As the Chief Instructor of the Military College of Telecommunications Engineering, he was strategizing issues and training professional soldiers on Communication Networks, Cyber Security and Electronic Warfare.
He has been the Project Manager of the Military Cellular Communication System based on CDMA and LTE Technologies, Defence Communications Network and the Tactical Communications System of the Indian Army.
He is a prolific writer and contributes articles regularly to various professional journals. He has written three books related to Military History and Leadership. He is the recipient of the Sena Medal and the prestigious ‘Scholar Warrior Badge’.
Sonia Dalal
Head Sales
Sonia Dalal is the Head of Sales of Rohal Technologies. She holds a Degree in Bachelor of Technology in IT as well as in Post-Graduation M.A in Public Administration. She excels as the resident expert on troubleshooting customers’ most challenging issues. With her effective communication and soft-spoken skills our clients have our best solutions & services for their problem.
Nikhil Rohal
Operations Manager
Nikhil is B.Tech. in Production & Industrial from Delhi Technological University (formerly DCE). He is supporting technical team with an aspiration of exploring and new learning. A highly competent person with progressive experience in multi-functional areas of system development & integration for Projects. He is a leader in our technical team with most prominent mindset with out-of-box thinking for hybrid green energy.
Geeta Joshi
Human Resources (HR)
Mrs. Geeta is a passionate chemistry teacher. She completed her Bachelor Degree of Science in Chemistry from a reputed educational institution and Diploma in Pharmacy. Extensive hands-on experience in the practice of Chemistry and solid grasp of its theories.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the subject to create, execute, and analyze student assessments. Outstanding ability to bring about and maintain high academic standards. Superb organizational and time management skills. Unquenchable passion and drive to succeed.
Now a days, part of new project to introduce new technology of Hybrid Green Energy into the classroom for a better learning experience to their student as a startup entrepreneur. She manages the para-professionals to assist to the management team.
